Setup Wizard Step 4: How to add your logo, favicon and brand colours

Upload your light and dark logos, add a favicon and set your primary and secondary brand colours

Your email is verified and now you're on Branding. This is where you make the platform look like your business. You upload your logos, add your favicon and choose your brand colours.

As you make changes, the Live Preview on the right shows you how your platform will look to your clients.

You can always change this later. Once you log in and see your platform in action, you may decide you want things a little different. That's completely fine. Just come back and update your branding.

Your logos

Your platform can be viewed in both dark and light mode, so you upload two versions of your logo. This makes sure it always shows up clearly.

Logo: the version that sits on a dark background, so it usually has light or white text.

Light Mode Logo: the version that sits on a light background, so it usually has dark text.

Your favicon

A favicon is the tiny icon that shows in the browser tab next to your page name. It also appears in bookmarks and browser history. It's usually a simple, square version shown in the live preview below of your logo, such as just your logo mark or your initials.

TIP: Logo not the right size or shape? Use a tool like Canva, Claude or ChatGPT to resize or edit it into a small square image before you upload it.

Your colours

Type your colour codes into the boxes (for example #0f0707), or use the colour picker. You'll see the result straight away in the Live Preview.

Primary Color: your main brand colour, used for things like the main buttons.

Secondary Color: your accent colour, used for secondary buttons and highlights.

Save your changes

Once you've finalised your branding, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
