The scenario
As a white label agency owner, you probably have other people helping you run your agency, such as a virtual assistant (VA), a business partner or team members. You might want them to be able to log in to Agency Admin to invite clients, check balances or manage settings for you.
The same goes for your clients. A client might want their business partner to be able to log in and use the Lab or Lead Hacker as well.
Can I add another admin?
Not at the moment. Each account has one admin login, linked to one email address. You can't add a second admin or give someone else their own login to your account.
How to share access with your team
If more than one person needs access, we recommend logging in with an email address that everyone can access, rather than your own personal inbox. For example:
A shared inbox your team already uses
That way, anyone who needs to log in can also see the login codes we send to that email, so nobody has to wait for you to forward a code.
Changing the email on your account
If your account is set up with your personal email and you'd like to change it to a shared one, contact our support team and we'll update it for you. Click the support icon in the bottom right of the platform and choose Create a Ticket. For more on getting in touch, see How to get support.
