Client Management shows everyone on your platform in one place. See who your clients are, invite new ones, and manage their accounts and balances.
How do I open Client Management?
How do I invite a new client?
Click Invite Client.
Enter the client's email address.
Click Send Invite.
Your client gets an email invite to join your platform, sent from the no-reply address you set up in the Setup Wizard. When they accept, they create a password and choose a plan, using the prices you set in Billing. They then appear on your Clients tab.
How do I resend or cancel an invitation?
Click the Invitations tab to see the status of sent invites. Invites show as Pending until they're accepted.
If a client didn't receive their invite, click Resend.
If they changed their mind, click Cancel to revoke it.
If Resend doesn't work, cancel the invite and send a fresh one instead.
How do I find a client in my list?
On the Clients tab, search or sort by balance, leads or campaigns.
Apply filters to view clients by last active date, expiry status or balance.
Click the X to clear all filters.
How do I change a client's plan or expiry date?
On the Clients tab, use the dropdown next to a client to move them between Free and Paid plans, or to change their expiry date manually.
Subscribed clients show an expiry date. Free clients don't have one, since there's nothing to expire.
What will my clients see?
Your brand from start to finish: your logo on the login page, your colours throughout, and your name in the browser tab.
How do I see a client's details?
In Client Management, click the client's profile icon (not just their name) to open their details page.
Review the four stat cards: balance, leads generated, campaigns run and member since date.
The Activity tab is open by default.
For privacy, you can see each client's usage and balance, but not the business information inside their workspace.
How do I check a client's transaction history?
On the client's details page, click the Balance tab.
Review their transaction history.
Click Load More to see older transactions.
How do I add credit to a client's balance?
There are two ways to add credit. Both add credit to the client's account. The difference is where the credit comes from:
Option | Where the credit comes from | Who can use it |
Fund Client Balance | Charges your agency card now to create new credit | Agency owner and admins |
Transfer From My Balance | Moves credit already in the agency owner's balance, so nothing new is charged | Agency owner only, up to the balance they already have |
Use Fund Client Balance to give free onboarding credit, for example enough for a client's first 100 leads.
To add credit:
On the client's details page, open the Balance tab.
Click Fund Client Balance or Transfer From My Balance.
Enter an amount.
Enter a reason. This is your own note, for example "free onboarding leads" or "Christmas gift".
Click Fund Balance (or Transfer).
Confirm in the pop-up.
Check the transaction history shows the new entry with your reason and amount, and that the balance has updated.
Credit is added in dollars, not as a set number of leads. To gift a specific number of leads, add enough credit to cover them. The Leads Generated stat card shows how many they've produced so far.
Common questions
How do I invite a client? Click Invite Client, type their email and click Send Invite. They get an email to join your platform. Once they accept, they show up on the Clients tab.
My client didn't get the invite. What do I do? Go to Invitations and click Resend. If that doesn't work, cancel the invite and send a fresh one.
Can I gift a client exactly 100 leads? Not directly. You add credit in dollars and the client spends it on leads. Add enough credit to cover about 100, then track progress on the Leads Generated card.
What's the difference between Fund Client Balance and Transfer From My Balance? Fund charges your agency card straight away. Transfer uses credit the agency owner already holds, so nothing is charged. Only the agency owner can transfer, up to what they have available.
Can I see what's in my client's workspace? No. For privacy, you can see their usage and balance, but not their workspace information. Screen-share with clients to help them set it up.
