Email Settings is where you set up your platform to send emails from your own domain, so they show your brand instead of ours.
You set up your email in the Setup Wizard, so you shouldn't need to change it here unless something changes and you want to use a different address.
What is this email used for?
Your platform uses it to send automatic emails to your clients, such as:
Invites when you invite a new client
Password resets when a client forgets their password
Two-factor authentication (2FA) codes when a client logs in
These emails come from a no-reply address on your domain, so your clients see your brand.
How do I open Email Settings?
Log in as an agency admin.
Open the side menu and select Agency Admin.
Go to Email Settings.
How do I set up or change my email?

Choose the email domain you want to use. We recommend a subdomain, such as mail.yourdomain.com.
Copy the DNS records shown and add them wherever your DNS is managed.
If you use Cloudflare or another provider with a proxy option, turn the proxy off for these records.
Click Refresh to check the status.
Allow time for the records to update. This can take up to 72 hours. If it isn't verified straight away, that's normal. It just needs more time.
How do I know it's working?
Your email is set up correctly when:
All records show as Verified
The status shows as Active
Common questions
Why isn't my email domain verifying? Usually the DNS records just haven't finished updating, so the most common fix is to wait 5 minutes before clicking verify.
Should the proxy option on my DNS provider be on or off? Off. If you use Cloudflare or another provider with a proxy feature, turn it off for these records or verification won't complete.
Should I use a subdomain or my main domain? We recommend a subdomain, such as mail.yourdomain.com. It keeps your email setup separate from your main website and login domain.
My website domain is verified but my email isn't. Why? They use different records. Your website domain is set up in Domain Settings, and your email is set up here.
