Purpose and scope
Your agency account mirrors everything already built into Lab, including Lead Hacker, Funnel Hacker, and the individual AI tools and prompts. The platform is a true white label: payments, emails and client access all run automatically under your branding.
Who this is for: agency owners and their team members managing a white label account.
Before you start: a member of the AIpreneurs team will walk you through the initial setup during onboarding. Use this SOP as your reference afterwards.
1. Access Agency Admin and read the dashboard
Agency Admin is your control centre; you can switch back to Lab at any time to use its features for your own business.
Click Agency Admin in the main menu.
Review the three headline figures on the dashboard:
Metric | What it tells you |
Active clients | How many clients currently have accounts under your agency |
Wallet balance | Your current available balance |
MRR | Monthly recurring revenue from client subscriptions |
To return to your own workspace, select Lab from the main menu.
2. Review your clients
You can drill into any client to see their account details, balance and the information they have entered into tools.
From the dashboard, click into Active clients to see everyone who has signed up.
Click the user icon next to a client to open their details.
Check their balance and the business information they have added across the various tools.
3. Set up billing, pricing and token allocation
Billing runs through Stripe, so client payments are collected automatically once your account is connected.
Billing and pricing
Open the Billing section.
Confirm your Stripe account is connected (this is set up during onboarding).
Use the pricing override to set your own monthly and yearly subscription prices.
Token allocation
Your agency subscription includes a set amount of tokens. How you split them across membership tiers determines how many clients can sign up under your account.
Set a token cap for Free members.
Set a token cap for Pro members.
If you reach your limit, click Request More Tokens or contact your account manager to open up more usage.
4. Configure branding, connectors and domains
Everything you set here is what your clients see, so complete it before inviting anyone.
Branding: upload your logo, set your brand colours and enter your company name.
Connectors: toggle each available connector on or off for your clients. New connectors are added over time, so check back periodically.
Domain settings: set the domain your clients use to access your white label platform.
Email subdomain: set the subdomain used for the automated emails sent to your clients.
5. Use or create Mentors
You can offer the ready-made mentors already used by Lab clients, or build your own (for example, a clone of yourself or a known expert).
To create a new mentor:
Click Add Mentor and fill in the details.
Generate a system prompt: in Lab, open the mentor prompt tool under the White Label category, tell it who you want to clone, and copy the full system prompt it produces.
Paste the system prompt into the mentor.
Upload knowledge base documents. Add as many as you need.
Make sure the system prompt refers to those documents and tells the AI when to pull which information.
Example: open the existing Cold Email Outreach mentor to see a finished system prompt alongside its knowledge base.
6. Customise Editor tools
Editor tools work like custom GPTs, but are more flexible because they are always linked to each client's business context.
Create your own categories and tools, or keep the existing ones.
To hide any existing tool you don't want to offer, click its hide button. You can unhide it at any time.
To build a new tool, use the Editor prompt tool in Lab to generate both the system prompt and the user prompt.
Design the input form your clients will fill in.
Upload any knowledge base documents the tool should draw on.
7. Build Flows and add Training
Flows chain several tools into one sequence, so clients can complete a multi-step process in a single run.
Flows
Open Flows and review the starter flows already provided.
To build your own, pick the tools you want and arrange them in the order they should run.
Publish the flow so it is available to your clients.
Training
Open Training.
Add, replace or reorder the training videos delivered to your clients.
8. Finalise Configuration
The Configuration section controls your profit margin on Lead Hacker and the knowledge that underpins every client chat.
Open Configuration.
Lead Hacker margin: set the margin you want to add on top of Lead Hacker costs.
General knowledge base: add knowledge base material that applies across the whole master chat.
Sales coach: customise the sales coach to reflect your own methods and messaging.
