You set up billing in the Setup Wizard. The Billing page is where you manage it afterwards: change what clients pay and check your Stripe connection.
How do I open Billing?
From Agency Admin, click the billing icon in the left-hand menu.
The page has two parts: your Payment Account (Stripe) and your Subscription Catalog (the plans and prices your clients see).
Where does my clients' money go?
Straight into your own Stripe account, not the platform's. Stripe takes a small fee on each payment and pays the rest out to your bank.
How do I change what my clients pay?
In the Subscription Catalog, edit your plan's monthly and annual price. You can also change its display name.
Click Save.
Watch the sync status update: pending, syncing, succeeded or failed.
What plans can I sell?
Right now you can sell one paid plan, with a monthly price and an annual price. Clients choose between them when they accept your invite.
There's also a Free plan. Free clients stay free and get very limited use of the platform, with no AI chat. You can't edit the Free plan.
You can change your plan's price and name, but you can't yet create extra plans, sell different features on different plans, add discounts or set up usage-based pricing. We're working on adding more plans based on agency feedback.
What happens to existing clients if I change my price?
They keep the price they signed up at. Only new clients pay the new price.
This means you can start with a lower launch or beta price, then raise it later without affecting your first clients.
How do I check or reconnect my Stripe account?
Your Stripe account was connected in the Setup Wizard, so you usually won't need to touch this. If you need to check it or connect it again:
On the Billing page, scroll to the Payment Account card.
Click Check Connection (or Refresh Status). Charges and Payouts should both show as Enabled.
If Stripe needs more details, click Finish in Stripe, complete what's asked, then check the status again.
If you're connecting for the first time, click Connect with Stripe (or Connect Account). If you already use Stripe, sign in with your existing details. Stripe will ask for your business and payout details and verify them.
Use the test checkout button to try the payment flow before selling to real clients.
How do I switch to a different Stripe account?
Click Disconnect to unlink your current account.
Click Connect (or Reconnect Account) and link the new one.
There's no one-click swap.
Important: don't edit your products or prices inside Stripe. The platform creates them and keeps them in sync, so editing them in Stripe can break checkout. Always make changes on the Billing page.
Where can I see my sales and failed payments?
The summary on the Billing page shows your sold subscriptions, recent invoices and failed payments.
How do I disconnect Stripe?
Click Disconnect.
Confirm.
What is the Manage Subscription page?
It shows your agency's own plan with AIpreneurs: what you pay us, not what your clients pay you.
Common questions
Can I have more than one paid plan? Not yet. You can sell one paid plan with a monthly and an annual price. We're working on adding more plans.
If I raise my price, will my current clients pay more? No. Existing clients keep the price they signed up at.
After I build a tool, can I sell it on its own? Not exactly. You make money from your whole platform, not from individual tools. Your clients pay your monthly or annual plan, and that gives them access to the tools on your platform, including the ones you build. Every tool you create adds your own expertise to the platform, which makes your plan more valuable to clients.
