Each Workspace can hold several offers, so you can set one up for every type of thing you do. This guide follows the walkthrough video step by step, where a free webinar offer is created for a business that works one-on-one with women with ADHD, helping them organise their businesses as an example.
Before you start
Make sure you're in the right Workspace and that your business information is already filled in. The offer generator uses that context, so the more complete your Workspace is, the better your offer will be.
Creating a new offer
Go to Offers. Inside your Workspace, open the Offers section.
Click Generate.
Describe your offer. Explain what you want to offer, who it's for and where it leads. You can type, use voice dictation, add attachments or scrape a web page for extra context.
Let it generate. Wait a moment while your offer is created.
Review the offer type. Offers are sorted into three types: DIY (do it yourself), Done with you and Done for you. Check the right one has been chosen.
Fill in any gaps. Some fields, such as a guarantee, may need your input. If one doesn't apply, choose None.
Rename the offer. Give it a clear name you'll recognise later.
Edit the details. Read through the generated description and packages, and remove anything that doesn't fit. In the video, the package details were deleted because the webinar itself doesn't include them.
Click Save. This is important. Your offer won't be stored until you save it.
Tip: The generator gives you a strong starting point, but you know your business best. Always read through the result and adjust it before saving.
Example prompt
Here's the kind of description used in the video. Adapt it to your own business:
"I run a business where I work one-on-one with women with ADHD, helping them organise their business. I want to run Facebook ads to a free webinar where I share practical advice on ways they can handle it. The webinar will lead to them booking a call with me. Please help me create this offer."
A good prompt covers what you're offering, who it's for, how people will find it and what you'd like them to do next.
Why create several offers
It's a good idea to set up a separate offer for each step in your customer journey. In the video, the free webinar leads to a booked call, and that call leads to a paid service. So there would be one offer for the webinar and another for what's actually being sold.
Keeping them separate means each offer stays focused, and you can create the right content for each stage.
Putting your offers to work
Once your offers are saved, you can use them across the platform:
In Master Chat, to plan, brainstorm and get help with anything related to that offer.
For copywriting, to create ads, emails, landing pages and other assets built around the offer.
