What is the Business Lab and how do I use it?

The Business Lab is a suite of AI-powered tools designed to help you grow your business (or your clients’ businesses) by creating marketing strategies, content, campaigns, and lead generation systems in one place.

1. Use the Support Tool Anytime

At the bottom of the platform, you’ll see a Support icon (widget at lower right).

This tool is:

  • Available 24/7

  • Trained on platform features, strategies, and FAQs

  • Able to answer most questions instantly

To use it:

  • Click the Support icon

  • Type your question (e.g. “Which tool should I use?”)

If needed, your question can be escalated to the support team.

2. Start with “Start Here” (Business Context Setup)

The best place to begin is the Start Here section.

This is where you create your Business Context, which is critical for using the platform effectively.

To create your Business Context:

  1. Go to Start Here

  2. Enter a name for your business

  3. Paste in content about your business (recommended sources):

    • Your website (Home, About, Services pages)

    • Your Skool community About page

  4. Select a language model

  5. Click Generate

The system will analyse your input and create a structured Business Context.

Why this is important

Your Business Context is used across the entire platform to:

  • Improve content quality

  • Align messaging with your business

  • Generate more accurate campaigns and strategies

The more detailed your input, the better your results.

3. Use the Business Starter Pack (Recommended Next Step)

After creating your Business Context, it is recommended to complete the Business Starter Pack.

To access:

  • Go to Flows

  • Select Business Starter Pack

This guided workflow helps you create:

  • Your Business Context (if not already done)

  • Offer Context

  • Style Guide

  • Business Name (optional)

  • Elevator Pitch

This sets up everything needed for effective marketing.

4. Navigate the Home Dashboard

From the Home screen, you can:

  • Access your most-used tools

  • Jump into Lead Hacker campaigns

  • Open the full tool library

This is your central navigation point for the platform.

5. Use Lead Hacker for Lead Generation

Lead Hacker is the platform’s lead generation system.

To access:

  • Go to Lead Hacker

You’ll see three main options:

Web Campaign

  • Install tracking code on your website

  • Identify a portion of your visitors without form submissions

B2C Search Discovery

  • Identify individuals searching for services/products

  • Ideal for consumer-focused businesses

B2B Search Discovery

  • Identify business contacts and decision-makers

  • Ideal for outreach and B2B campaigns

All identified contacts will appear in your Leads Dashboard.

6. Explore the Tool Library

To access all tools:

  • Go to Tools

These are AI-powered workflows and prompts used to:

  • Create marketing campaigns

  • Generate content

  • Build funnels

  • Develop strategies

Each tool:

  • Uses your Business Context

  • Requires minimal input

  • Can generate outputs instantly

7. Use Flows (Multi-Step Workflows)

Flows are guided processes that connect multiple tools together.

To access:

  • Go to Flows

Example:

  • Business Starter Pack

  • Campaign creation workflows

Flows help you:

  • Follow a structured process

  • Build complete marketing systems step-by-step

8. Access Training

To learn how to use tools and strategies:

  • Go to Training

This includes:

  • Tool walkthroughs

  • Strategy videos

  • Campaign tutorials

9. Use Mentors for Strategy Guidance

To access:

  • Go to Mentors

Mentors allow you to:

  • Ask questions about business or marketing

  • Learn from specific frameworks or experts

  • Get guidance on offers, campaigns, and growth

Available 24/7.

10. Use Funnel Hacker & Playground

Funnel Hacker allows you to:

  • Analyse and recreate proven sales funnels

  • Generate marketing assets

The Playground allows you to:

  • Test multiple AI models side-by-side

  • Compare outputs (e.g. Claude vs ChatGPT vs Gemini)

11. Media & Content Tools

You can also:

  • Generate images

  • Create videos

  • Improve existing content

These tools are available within the platform without needing external software.

12. Usage Tracking

To monitor your usage:

  • Go to Usage History

This shows:

  • Tool usage

  • Activity across the platform

13. Best Practice for Using the Platform

To get the best results:

  1. Create your Business Context first

  2. Complete the Business Starter Pack

  3. Identify your main business bottleneck

  4. Select the relevant tool or workflow

  5. Generate and refine outputs

  6. Use Lead Hacker to drive leads
