Branding is where you change your company name, logos and colours. You set these up in the Setup Wizard. Come here whenever you want to change them.
How do I open Branding? From the home page, click Agency Admin. In the left-hand menu, click Branding.
What can I change?
Company Name and Tagline: your tagline shows on your welcome screen. Leave it blank to hide it.
Logo and Light Mode Logo: upload both versions so your logo shows clearly on light and dark backgrounds.
Favicon: the small icon in your clients' browser tab.
Primary and Secondary Color: pick them with the colour picker, or type in your colour codes (for example #1A73E8).
The Live Preview on the right shows how your platform will look to clients as you make changes.
How do I save my changes?
Update your name, logos or colours.
Check the Live Preview to make sure it looks right.
Click Save Changes.
Always click Save Changes. If you leave the page without saving, your changes won't be kept.
Why aren't my changes showing?
Saved, but still seeing the old logo or colours? Your browser is probably showing an old copy of the page. A hard refresh loads the newest version:
Windows (Chrome, Edge and Firefox): Ctrl + Shift + R
Mac (Chrome, Edge and Firefox): Cmd + Shift + R
Mac with Safari: Cmd + Option + R
Your clients might see the old version too. If they mention it, ask them to do a hard refresh as well.
