You add your tagline in the setup wizard, and it appears on your platform's login page. Right now it can't be changed once it's saved, so take a moment to get it right.
Where to add it
Your tagline is one of the first questions in the setup wizard, straight after your business name.
Start the setup wizard.
Enter your business name.
Enter your tagline.
Continue with the rest of the setup wizard.
Where your tagline appears
Your tagline shows on your platform's login page, so it's one of the first things your clients see every time they log in.
Can I change my tagline later?
Not yet. At the moment, your tagline can't be edited once you've completed that step of the setup wizard. We're working on adding an option to edit it later, and we'll update this article as soon as it's available.
If you've already set a tagline and want to change it, contact support and let us know.
Tips for choosing your tagline
Because you can't change it yet, a few tips:
Keep it short. One short line that's easy to read at a glance.
Say what you do for clients. Your clients will see it every time they log in.
Avoid dates or offers. Leave out anything that will go out of date, like a promotion or a year.
Check spelling before you continue. Typos will stay on your login page until editing is available.
