It works the same way as your plans. Your client pays your retail price, the money goes into your Stripe account, and you keep the difference between your price and the base cost.

Common questions

Can I set different prices for different clients? Not yet. Prices are set for your whole agency, not per client.

Can I set different prices for each lead type? Yes. Web Basic, Web Advanced, B2C and B2B each have their own retail price.

Will changing my prices affect leads that have already been bought? No. New prices only apply to future purchases.

What's the difference between daily lead limits and top-up rules? Daily lead limits control how many leads a campaign can pull each day. Top-up rules control your clients' balance: when it drops below the trigger threshold, it's topped up automatically so their campaigns keep running.

Who can change these settings? Only users with Agency Admin access.
