The agency information in Configuration helps train Master Chat on your agency as a whole. It's optional, so you can leave it blank.
Where to find it
Go to Agency Admin.
Open Configuration.
What is it used for?
This information teaches Master Chat about your agency itself: who you are and what you do. Because it's set at agency level, it's used across every workspace on your platform.
How is it different from workspace information?

For example, AIpreneurs would describe itself in the agency information. Each client business would be described in its own workspace.
Do I have to fill it in?
No. You can leave it blank and everything will still work. Filling it in just gives Master Chat more context about your agency.
