Use lab.aipreneurs.com for your own Lead Hacker campaigns. Your credits live there, not on your white label platform.
Why do I have two logins?
You don't. It's one login that you can reach from two different web addresses. Each address opens a different space:
Address | What it is | Use it for |
lab.aipreneurs.com | The AIpreneurs lab platform | Your own campaigns and tools, using your own credits |
Your white label domain | Your branded platform | Setting things up for your clients |
Why can't I see my credits on my white label platform?
Each space has its own balance. Credits you bought on lab.aipreneurs.com stay there and don't transfer to your white label platform.
For example, if you have $300 in Lead Hacker credits on lab.aipreneurs.com, you'll see $0 when you log in through your white label domain. Your credits haven't gone anywhere. Switch back to lab.aipreneurs.com and they'll be there.
Why are some tools missing on my white label platform?
Your white label platform is set up for your clients, so it won't always show the tools you use as an agency owner, such as the White Label tool. If a tool you expect is missing, check you're on lab.aipreneurs.com.
How do I switch between them?
Look at the web address in your browser.
Replace your white label domain with lab.aipreneurs.com.
Press Enter.
You won't need to log in again. To go back to your white label platform, type your white label domain instead.
