As an agency owner, you can move money from your agency balance into any client's balance. Do this when a client's campaign can't start because their balance is too low, even if it's only short by a few dollars.
Before you start
You need enough available balance in your agency account to cover the amount you're moving.
The money comes out of your agency balance and goes into the client's balance. It isn't new credit.
How to fund a client's balance
Go to Client Management.
Select the client you want to add funds for.
Open the Balance tab.
Click Fund Client Balance.
Enter the amount you want to add, for example $5.
Add a short reason, for example "Top-up to start first campaign".
Confirm.
The funds show in the client's balance straight away, and their campaign can go ahead.
Example
Your client wants to run a test campaign, but the Financials screen says their balance is $5 short. You have $410 in your agency balance. Go to Client Management, select the client, open Balance, enter $5 and click Fund Client Balance. The client's balance now covers the campaign.
"Fund Client Balance is unavailable"
Check that your agency account has available balance. If it does and the option is still unavailable, contact support with the client's name and a screenshot.
Is your client's campaign asking for more than you expected?
They may have chosen a continual campaign, which buys a full week or month of leads upfront. For a small test, a one-off campaign needs much less. See One-off vs continual Lead Hacker campaigns.
