This is usually a client-side issue. Here's your troubleshooting checklist:
Quick fixes (try in order):
Log out and log back in
Clear your browser cache or try incognito mode
Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
Try a different network (use your phone's hotspot instead of WiFi)
Disable any VPN you're using
Check for browser extensions that might interfere (ad blockers, privacy tools, script blockers)
Check firewall settings or security software

Open your browser's Developer Console (right-click > Inspect > Console tab) and take a screenshot of any red error messages. Include this in your support ticket.
