I'm getting a blank screen or "invalid response" error. What do I do?

This is usually a client-side issue. Here's your troubleshooting checklist:

Quick fixes (try in order):

  1. Log out and log back in

  2. Clear your browser cache or try incognito mode

  3. Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)

  4. Try a different network (use your phone's hotspot instead of WiFi)

  5. Disable any VPN you're using

  6. Check for browser extensions that might interfere (ad blockers, privacy tools, script blockers)

  7. Check firewall settings or security software

Still stuck?

Open your browser's Developer Console (right-click > Inspect > Console tab) and take a screenshot of any red error messages. Include this in your support ticket.

Most blank screen issues are network or browser-related. The platform itself is working fine. We just need to figure out what's blocking your connection.
