Expect similar rates to Google Ads... just at a fraction of the cost.
Industry benchmarks:
Google Ads: ~10% click to form fill, ~10% form fill to close = ~1% total close rate
Lead Hacker: Similar conversion patterns, but you're paying for contacts, not clicks
For B2C services (like roofing, home improvement):
3-7% lead-to-sale conversion is realistic
From 60 leads, expect 2-4 sales. Not 60.
High-ticket B2C has longer decision cycles, seasonal timing, multiple decision-makers
Important: 60 leads is NOT a statistically meaningful sample. You need volume to see patterns.
The magic happens when your Cost Per Acquisition stays at one-third (or less) of your Customer Lifetime Value. When that equation works? You've got a money printer.
