Don't panic! Check these first:
Global balance low? Dashboard > check your funds
No payment method? Dashboard > Manage > Add one
Credit card failed? The play button will disappear if your card has failed. Update your payment method.
Auto top-up disabled? Make sure your wallet is set to auto-top-up for continuous service.
Web embed code missing? Make sure it's in your website header
Most issues are one of these. Easy fixes!
